Omnificent Crew Management is a third-party crew management company. We recruit, screen, place, and pay crew for festivals and events. We are not the organizer or producer of the events we staff.

You may use this website to learn about our services, request staff, apply to join our crew roster, and contact us. You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access it by automated means.

Applications and requests

• Submitting a crew application does not guarantee placement, work, or a spot on the roster.
• Submitting a staff request does not create a booking. Bookings are confirmed only by a signed written agreement.
• You agree that the information you submit is accurate and complete.

Crew terms

The Crew Agreement page summarizes how crew work with us. The signed Crew Independent Contractor Agreement controls the terms of any gig.

Website content

Content on this website, including the Crew Camp Guide, is general information provided for convenience. It is not a substitute for the rules of any specific event, and event rules always take priority. Follow the instructions of event staff and emergency personnel at all times.

The website’s content, name, and design belong to Omnificent Crew Management and may not be copied or reused without permission. Crew may print or save the Crew Camp Guide for personal use.
