• Crew applicants: name, phone number, email, home city and state, how far you’ll travel, roles, availability, experience, veteran status (optional), security experience and license details, transportation and camping information, food allergies (optional), an emergency contact (next of kin), willingness to complete screening, and contact consent.
• Clients requesting staff: contact name, company, email, phone, and event details.
• Contact form: name, email, subject, and message.

We do not collect Social Security numbers, dates of birth, or banking information through this website. Background checks and drug screens are completed through our screening provider’s secure systems, and banking information for direct deposit is collected during onboarding.

How we use your information

• To review applications and match crew with event staffing opportunities
• To contact crew about work opportunities
• Food allergy information is used only to plan meals and respond to medical emergencies. Emergency contact information is used only in an emergency.
• To respond to staff requests and inquiries
• To operate and improve our services

How we share your information

Crew information is shared only with our screening provider and with the clients a crew member is placed with. We never sell your information. We may also disclose information when required by law.

Form submissions are stored in Google Workspace tools (Google Sheets and Gmail), which process the data on our behalf.

Text messages and calls

If you consent, we may contact you by call or text about work opportunities. Consent is not required to apply. Message and data rates may apply. You can withdraw text consent at any time by replying STOP.

Data retention

We keep roster and request information for as long as it’s needed to staff events and meet legal and business recordkeeping needs. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices

To review, correct, or delete your information, or to be removed from the crew roster, email darkgemini021996@gmail.com.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards, including access-restricted storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Children

This website is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
