Transparency for our crew

Every Omnificent Crew member knows the deal before saying yes: the rate, the hours, when and how you get paid, whether camping is provided, what meals are covered, and the rules of the event. It’s all in writing, in our Crew Agreement and every gig confirmation. No surprises on site, and no surprises on payday.

Discipline for our clients

Producers get a labor crew that shows up ready, stays at its post, and treats guests right. Our crew work under written standards for customer service, phone use, and conduct, with clear consequences for no-shows and early departures. Every crew member is background-checked and drug-screened before placement.

Who we are

Omnificent Crew Management is a third-party crew management company. We recruit, screen, place, and pay crew for festivals and events. We are not the organizer or producer of the events we staff. Producers bring the event; we bring the crew and manage them from application to payday.
